Bradford Crowned Wellness Capital of the UK
The pandemic has forced us all to take a step back and look at the lives we lead, as we find ourselves finally taking the time to pause and let the pace of life naturally slow down.
With everyone seemingly investing into their own wellbeing, we thought it would be worth looking into which cities in the country are getting it right and which cities are falling behind when it comes to their wellness.
We rounded up the UK’s 20 largest cities by population and put them to the test, comparing who had the lowest pollution levels, most vegan and vegetarian restaurants as well as yoga classes, health food shops and car charging points in relation to the population density.
Bradford grabbed the top spot with Newcastle upon Tyne finishing second and Manchester coming in at third.
